* Material:
Supplied by well-known Taiwan plastic company, its quality and stabilization are guaranteed.
* Injection:
All-automatic production system with special designed molding make sphere shaped in perfect satisfaction during injection process.
* Separation:
Particularly designed separating equipment makes pellets completely, perfectly detached from the frame.
* Grinding:
Using high-grade grinding devices ensures high accuracy in diameter tolerance +/-0.01mm.
* Polishing:
Particularly developed polishing treatment and recipes keep brightness of pallets remains for long time in stock and ultra slick smooth to prevent from gun trajectory as well.
* Cooling:
* Inspection:
Examined and inspected by experienced trained QC staffs, the imperfect pellets will be sort out before delivery.
* Standard Packing:
25 kgs / sack; 1 kg / plastic bag, 20 bags per carton; 2000 rounds/bottle; 3000 rounds/ bottle.
